Returns, Replacements & Repairs Policy

No Returns:
Please note that ANOM STUDIO ATELIER does not accept returns or cancellations under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Replacements:
Replacements are offered only if:

1. The product received is damaged during transit.
2. The product delivered is materially different from what was ordered (wrong item, incorrect customization, or missing components).

To facilitate a replacement, we encourage customers to make an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps verify the condition of the product upon receipt and ensures that claims are valid.

Replacements must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery (including the delivery date). All items must be securely packed when returned to prevent further damage during transit. ANOM STUDIO ATELIER will arrange reverse pick-up for eligible replacements.

Repairs:
For products that require repair due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit, ANOM STUDIO ATELIER may offer repair or restoration services at its discretion.

• The feasibility, timeline, and cost (if any) will be communicated to the Buyer in advance.
• Repairs do not extend or alter any warranties unless explicitly agreed.
• Customers are encouraged to contact us at sales@anomstudioatelier.com for repair requests.
